It's not my area, so I'm not sure, but I think that they added too much reverse transcriptase in an unrealistic concentration. (They are using a reverse transcriptase, that is an important enzyme for HIV, but it's not present in coronavirus and is not present in the vaccine.)

I think it's not totally impossible that the mRNA is copied to the ADN of the cell, it's just an unrealistic scenario to be worried about.
